Pre-Observation Conference. The pre-observation conference shall be held for the purpose of setting instructional goal strategies. The purpose of the pre-observation conference shall be but not limited to discussing the employee's goals, and to discuss such matters as the professional activities to be observed, their content, objectives, strategies, and possible observable evidence to meet the scoring criteria.

Pre-Observation Conference. The “Pre-Observation Conference” shall be defined as a meeting between the evaluator and the teacher to be held prior to a formal observation. The intent of this conference is to discuss the lesson to be observed and other related topics as appropriate.
Pre-Observation Conference. The unit member to be evaluated shall have the option as to whether or not to meet with the evaluation team in a pre-observation conference. If the conference is held, its purpose shall be to discuss the criteria and procedures of the evaluation, the time and conditions of the observation visitations, and the time of the post-observation conference.
