PRE-JOB CONFERENCE. A pre-job conference shall be held if requested by either party, for the purpose of surveying manpower requirements for the project, and the requesting party shall be responsible for notifying all crafts involved. A phone conference forty-eight (48) hours before the commencement of work can be used for a pre-job conference, this will be to discuss work assignments and preservation of craft jurisdiction.

PRE-JOB CONFERENCE. A pre-job conference shall be held if requested by either party, for the purpose of surveying manpower requirements for the project, and the requesting party shall be responsible for notifying all crafts involved. A phone conference forty-eight (48) hours before prior to the commencement of work can the Construction contract. Such conference shall be used for attended by a representative each from the participating Contractor(s) and Union(s), the Administrator and the Project Manager. The pre-construction conference shall be held at the offices of the Council. All efforts will be made to hold the pre-job conferenceconference in sufficient time to insure all parties the ability to properly raise and resolve any issue that may arise out of such meeting, this with a goal that such conferences will be to discuss held at least 21 days before the work assignments and preservation of craft jurisdictioncommences.
