Common use of Pre-Funding Account Clause in Contracts

Pre-Funding Account. (a) No later than the Closing Date, the Trustee, at the direction of the Servicer, shall establish and maintain, a segregated trust account that is an Eligible Account, which shall be titled “Pre-Funding Account, [ ], as Trustee for the registered holders of NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust 20[ ]-[ ], Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 20[ ]-[ ]” (the “Pre-Funding Account”). The Trustee shall, promptly upon receipt, deposit in the Pre-Funding Account and retain therein the Original Pre-Funded Amount remitted on the Closing Date to the Trustee by the Depositor. Funds deposited in the Pre-Funding Account shall be held in trust by the Trustee for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth herein.

Pre-Funding Account. (a) No later than the Closing Date, the Trustee, at the direction of the Servicer, Trustee shall establish and maintain, maintain a segregated trust account that is an Eligible Accountor sub-account of a trust account, which shall be titled “Pre-Funding Account, [ ]Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee trustee for the registered benefit of holders of NovaStar Impac Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Funding Trust 20[ ]Pass-[ ], Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Through Certificates, Series 20[ ]2007-[ ]3” (the “Pre-Funding Account”). The Pre-Funding Account shall be an Eligible Account or a sub-account of an Eligible Account. The Trustee shall, promptly upon receipt, deposit in the Pre-Funding Account and retain therein the Original Pre-Funded Funding Amount remitted on the Closing Date to the Trustee by the Depositor. Funds deposited in the Pre-Funding Account shall be held in trust by the Trustee for the Certificateholders Holders of the Certificates and the Certificate Insurer for the uses and purposes set forth herein.

Pre-Funding Account. (a) No later than the Closing Date, the Trustee, at the direction of the Servicer, Trustee shall establish and maintain, maintain a segregated trust account that is an Eligible Account, which shall be titled “"Pre-Funding Account, [ [Trustee], as Trustee trustee for the registered holders of NovaStar Chase Funding Mortgage Funding Trust 20[ ]-[ ], Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 20[ ]-[ ]” " (the “"Pre-Funding Account”"). The Trustee shall, promptly upon receipt, deposit in the Pre-Funding Account and retain therein the Original Pre-Funded Amount remitted on the Closing Date to the Trustee by the Depositor. Funds deposited in the Pre-Funding Account shall be held in trust by the Trustee for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth herein. The Trustee hereby appoints the Paying Agent as its agent in connection with establishing and maintaining the Pre-Funding Account pursuant to this Section 4.06.

Funds deposited in the Pre-Funding Account shall be held in trust by the Trustee for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth herein.

The Trustee Certificate Administrator shall, promptly upon ------------------- receipt, deposit in the Pre-Funding Account and retain therein the Original Pre-Funded Amount remitted on the Closing Date to the Trustee Certificate Administrator by the DepositorCompany. Funds deposited in the Pre-Funding Account shall be held in trust by the Trustee Certificate Administrator, on behalf of the Trustee, for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth herein.

Funds deposited in the Pre-Funding Account shall be held in trust by the Trustee for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth herein.

Funds deposited in the Pre-Funding Account shall be held in trust by the Trustee for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth herein.

(a) No later than the Closing Date, the Trustee, at the direction of the Servicer, Securities Administrator shall establish and maintain, maintain a segregated trust account that is which at all times shall be an Eligible Account, which Account and shall be titled “Pre-Funding Account, [ [Name of Master Servicer], as Trustee in trust for the registered holders of NovaStar Deutsche Mortgage Funding Trust 20[ ]-[ Securities, Inc. Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 200[__]-[__], Home Equity Loan AssetMortgage Pass-Backed Through Certificates, Series 20[ ]-[ ]” (the “Pre-Funding Account”). The Trustee Securities Administrator shall, promptly upon receipt, deposit in the Pre-Funding Account and retain therein the Original Pre-Funded Amount remitted on the Closing Date to the Trustee by the Depositor. Funds deposited in the Pre-Funding Account shall be held in trust by the Trustee for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth herein.
