Pre-Existing Materials. Subscriber acknowledges that, in the course of performing the Services, Service Provider may use software and related processes, instructions, methods, and techniques that have been previously developed by Service Provider (collectively, the “Pre-existing Materials,” which shall include the Services) and that the same shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Service Provider.
