PRE-BID CONFERENCE. If so directed by the Owner, the Design Professional shall conduct a pre-bid conference at the location designated by the Owner. At the conference, the Design Professional shall record and address questions from participating Contractors. The Design Professional shall respond by addenda to questions from participating Contractors. The Design Professional shall invite response to, revise with approval of the Owner, and confirm any unit costs called for in the Supplementary General Conditions. PRE-BID CONFERENCE. In conjunction with the Designer, the CM shall conduct a Pre- Bid Conference. These conferences shall be forums for the CM and Designer to explain to the bidders the Project requirements, including information concerning schedule requirements, time and cost control requirements, access requirements, contractor interfaces, the project administrative requirements and technical information.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE. The Procuring Entity will hold a pre-bid conference for this Project on the specified date and time and either at its physical address {[insert if applicable] and/or through videoconferencing/webcasting} as indicated in paragraph 6 of the IB.
