Practical Training. If the Buyer requires practical training to be organized at another airline’s facilities (“Practical Training”), the Seller will assist the Buyer in organizing this training without guaranteeing the availability of any such facilities. Such Practical Training will be deducted from the trainee-day allowance defined in Paragraph 2.1 of Appendix A to this Clause 16 in the manner defined in Paragraph 3 of such Appendix.
Practical Training. The topics covered during the practical training will be as close as possible to those stated on the website. However, if we are obliged to make any minor changes to your practical training we reserve the right to do so and will inform you as soon as possible.   • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be as listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course. The practical training provided in the frame of maintenance training will be performed on the training devices in use in the Seller’s Training Centers.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.

  • Prerequisites to Benefits Neither the Participant, nor any person claiming through the Participant, shall have any right or interest in the Restricted Stock awarded hereunder, unless and until all the terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement and the Plan which affect the Participant or such other person shall have been complied with as specified herein.
