Powers supplemental. The rights, powers and discretions conferred upon the Security Agent by this Agreement shall be supplemental to the Trustee Xxx 0000 and the Trustee Xxx 0000 and in addition to any which may be vested in the Security Agent by general law or otherwise.
Powers supplemental. The rights, powers and discretions conferred upon the Trustee by this Agreement shall be supplemental to the Trustee Acts 1925 and 2000 and in addition to any which may be vested in the Trustee by general law or otherwise.

Powers supplemental. The rights, powers, authorities and discretions given to the Common Security Agent under or in connection with the Secured Debt Documents shall be supplemental and in addition to any which may be vested in the Common Security Agent by law or regulation or otherwise.
Powers supplemental. The rights, powers and discretions conferred upon the Administrative Agent by such UK Security Instrument shall be supplemental to the Trustee Axx 0000 and the Trustee Axx 0000 and in addition to any which may be vested in the Administrative Agent by general law or otherwise.
Powers supplemental. The rights, powers and discretions conferred upon the Security Agent by this Agreement shall be supplemental to the Trustee Ordinance (Cap. 29 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (as amended by the Trust Law (Amendment) Ordinance 2013, the "Amended Trustee Ordinance") and in addition to any which may be vested in the Security Agent by general law or otherwise. The statutory duty of care set out in section 3A of the Amended Trustee Ordinance shall not apply to the duties of the Security Agent in relation to the trusts constituted by this Agreement. Where there are any inconsistencies between the Amended Trustee Ordinance and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall, to the extent permitted by law and regulation, prevail.
Powers supplemental. The rights, powers, authorities and discretions given to the Collateral Agent under or in connection with the Note Documents shall be supplemental to any which may be vested in the Collateral Agent by law or regulation or otherwise.
