POWERS OF THE COURT. Nothing in subsection 9.2 affects the jurisdiction of the Court.
POWERS OF THE COURT. The parties recognize the constitutional, statutory and inherent powers of the Court to manage their affairs, to administer justice and to run the business of the Courts. They further recognize the necessity that a Judge be able to maintain confidence in all employees on the staff or closely associated with the Judge.
POWERS OF THE COURT. 1. The Court may, at any stage of the proceedings, of its own motion or on reasoned request by a party, order a party to answer any question or provide any clarification or evidence, within time periods to be specified.
