Common use of POWERS OF THE AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

POWERS OF THE AUTHORITY. The Authority shall have all of the powers common to its members and all additio nal powers as set forth in the joint powers law, and it is hereby authorized to do all acts necessary in the exercise of said powers. Such powers include, but are not limited to, the following:
