Powers of the Association. The Association may adopt, amend or rescind reasonable rules and regulations (not inconsistent with the provisions of this Second Amended Declaration) governing the use and enjoyment of the Common Areas and the management and administration of the Association, in each case as the Association deems necessary or advisable.
