Except as set forth on Schedule 3.30 attached hereto, the Company has no general or special powers of attorney outstanding (whether as grantor or grantee thereof) or has any obligation or liability (whether actual, accrued, accruing, continent or otherwise) as guarantor, surety, co-signer, endorser, co-maker, indemnitor or otherwise in respect of the obligation of any person, corporation, partnership, joint venture, association, organization or other entity, except as endorser or maker of checks or letters of credit, respectively, endorsed or made in the ordinary course of business.
