The Board is established under section 9EB of the Local Government Act 2000 and Parts 2 and 4 of the Local Authorities (Arrangements for the Discharge of Functions) (England) Regulations 2012, and section 101(5) of the Local Government Act 1972 enabling the Parties to perform the functions in the manner set out in this agreement.
