Power Systems Control. Install two (2) real-time RTUs, one at the North Sky River Wind Project and the other at Jawbone Substation, to monitor the project’s generation data, such as low-side MW, MVAR, kV, circuit breaker status, auxiliary load MW and MVAR, and relay protection status alarms. Notwithstanding the fact that the RTUs will be located on the Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Change of Ownership, the Participating TO shall own, operate and maintain such equipment as part of the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities.

Power Systems Control. Expand existing RTU at Whirlwind Substation to include points for status and alarms related to the new SPS relays and modify the programs of the planned northern area SPS. Note: The timing for installation and completion of the Participating TO’s Reliability Network Upgrades described above in Section 2(b)(i)(3) is contingent upon the future development of generation projects requesting interconnection to the Participating TO’s Northern System (projects having a position in the CAISO interconnection queue). Such upgrades are not required to accommodate the current estimated Trial Operation date of June 1, 2018, and current estimated Commercial Operation Date of June 11, 2018; however, as future generation in the CAISO queue develops, such upgrades will be required and the Interconnection Customer continues to be responsible for its share of the costs. The Participating TO’s Reliability Network Upgrades described above in Sections 2(b)(i)(2) are already required due to actual project developments.
Power Systems Control. CPC West Project: Install one RTU at the CPC West Project Substation 4A to monitor the generation data for Phase 1. This data shall consist of 1) MW and MVAR per feeder, 2) CB status per feeder,3) low-side kV, 4) auxiliary load MW and MVAR, 5) high-side kV, MW, MVAR, and CB status. Notwithstanding the fact that the RTU will be located on the Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Change of Ownership, such facilities will be owned, operated and maintained by the Participating TO.
Power Systems Control. Install one (1) real-time RTU at Mandible Substation to monitor the project’s generation data, such as low-side MW, MVAR, kV, circuit breaker status, auxiliary load MW and MVAR, and relay protection status alarms. Notwithstanding the fact that the RTU will be located on the Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Change of Ownership, the Participating TO shall own, operate and maintain such equipment as part of the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities. The RTU is required for both the Temporary Interconnection and Permanent Interconnection.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Operations Support Systems Functions CBT shall provide CLEC, upon CLEC's request, nondiscriminatory access to CBT's Operations Support Systems functions for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair and billing, in accordance with the terms and schedules established in the Commission’s Arbitration Award in Case No. 97-152-TP-ARB, August 14, 1997 (“Arbitration Award”). CBT shall provide CLEC advance written notice of any material changes to CBT operating support systems functions.

  • Capacity Interconnection Rights Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 550 MW.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Capability The wind plant shall provide SCADA capability to transmit data and receive instructions from the ISO and/or the Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected, as applicable, to protect system reliability. The Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected and the wind plant Developer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.

  • Operations Support Systems Verizon systems for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing.
