Potential Projects. PARTIES seek to coordinate and undertake projects in the Eastern Sierra, including but not limited to those identified through the ESSRP Priority Development described in the Cost Sharing Agreement, projects included in the ESCOG’s SREMP established pursuant to ESCOG Resolution No. 20-03, and projects identified through the Sustainable Recreation and Tourism Initiative (SRTI) ESSRP Prospectus for Future Investments and SRTI Portfolio of Projects
Potential Projects. At the request of Owner, Developer shall assist Owner with the identification and acquisition of Potential Projects from time to time. Developer shall provide Owner with a monthly statement of Developer’s personnel costs and related overhead in connection with the performance of Developer’s obligations under this Section 2, which monthly statement shall be accompanied by evidence reasonably satisfactory to Owner of such costs. Owner shall pay to Developer the full amount of such costs promptly after receipt of such monthly statement.
Potential Projects. Proposals should be directed at improving health information literacy and/or advancing the field of health literacy research and resources. • Projects may include the following (other creative ideas are encouraged): • Training in effective use of information resources to the target population. • Training on locating and evaluating health information found on the Internet. • Provide access to health information documents or other needed health information for the target population. • Develop clinical best practices or protocols to reduce clinician-patient communication barriers. • Develop partnerships with school librarians, primary and secondary school teachers (health, science, etc.), and school nurses to introduce health related tasks into the curriculum. • Work with consumer advocate organizations to increase vulnerable populations’ access and ability to navigate health information. • Collaborate with appropriate partners to provide health information literacy training for health educators.

  • Projects The Annexes attached hereto describe the specific projects and the policy reforms and other activities related thereto (each, a “Project”) that the Government will carry out, or cause to be carried out, in furtherance of this Compact to achieve the Objectives and the Compact Goal.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Special Projects 2:01 The parties hereto express their intent to consider amending certain provisions of this Collective Agreement, by way of an appendix, where this action appears necessary and appropriate for certain projects.   • The Project The Project is the total construction of which the Work performed under the Contract Documents may be the whole or a part.

  • Capital Projects 25.1 All capital projects, whether already underway or beginning during this period, are subject to the Department’s investment appraisal processes. Any capital expenditure that exceeds the BFI’s delegated capital limit must be referred to the DCMS Finance Committee for approval at three stages of development, as set out in guidance issued by the Department. The figure used in calculating whether the costs exceed the delegated limit is the lifetime cost of the capital project, including non- exchequer funding and any increased running costs ensuing from it.

  • Development of the Project 4.1 TSP's obligations in development of the Project: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the TSP at its own cost and expense shall observe, comply with, perform, undertake and be responsible:

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance Security of System Files. To protect City Information Processing Systems and system files containing information, Service Provider will ensure that access to source code is restricted to authorized users whose specific job function necessitates such access.

  • Budget For Tenant Improvements A preliminary detailed breakdown by trade of the costs incurred or that will be incurred in connection with the design and construction of the Tenant Improvements is set forth on Schedule 3 attached hereto (the “Budget”). The Budget is based upon the TI Construction Drawings approved by Tenant and shall include a payment to Landlord of administrative rent (“Administrative Rent”) equal to 1.5% of the TI Costs, which Administrative Rent shall include, without limitation, all out-of-pocket costs, expenses and fees incurred by or on behalf of Landlord arising from, out of, or in connection with monitoring the construction of the Tenant Improvements and Changes, and shall be payable out of the TI Fund. Landlord shall provide Tenant with a final Budget promptly following approval of the TI Construction Drawings by Landlord and Tenant. The Budget shall be subject to Tenant’s review and approval which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed by Tenant. Tenant shall have the right to approve any use of the contingency in the Budget by Landlord; provided, however, that, Tenant’s approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, and the contingency shall not be available for use by Tenant for any Changes until all unforeseen conditions, changes to resulting from governmental agencies and the like have first been paid for out of the contingency.

  • Adverse Developments Promptly after the Lessee acquires knowledge thereof, written notice of:

  • Project Plan Development of Project Plan Upon the Authorized User’s request, the Contractor must develop a Project Plan. This Project Plan may include Implementation personnel, installation timeframes, escalation procedures and an acceptance plan as appropriate for the Services requested. Specific requirements of the plan will be defined in the RFQ. In response to the RFQ, the Contractor must agree to furnish all labor and supervision necessary to successfully perform Services procured from this Lot. Project Plan Document The Contractor will provide to the Authorized User, a Project Plan that may contain the following items: • Name of the Project Manager, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • Names of the Project Team Members, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • A list of Implementation milestones based on the Authorized User’s desired installation date; • A list of responsibilities of the Authorized User during system Implementation; • A list of designated Contractor Authorized Personnel; • Escalation procedures including management personnel contact numbers; • Full and complete documentation of all Implementation work; • Samples of knowledge transfer documentation; and • When applicable, a list of all materials and supplies required to complete the Implementation described in the RFQ. Materials and Supplies Required to Complete Implementation In the event that there are items required to complete an Implementation, the Contractor may request the items be added to its Contract if the items meet the scope of the Contract. Negotiation of Final Project Plan If the Authorized User chooses to require a full Project Plan, the State further reserves the right for Authorized Users to negotiate the final Project Plan with the apparent RFQ awardee. Such negotiation must not substantively change the scope of the RFQ plan, but can alter timeframes or other incidental factors of the final Project Plan. The Authorized User will provide the Contractor a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice of the final negotiation date. The Authorized User reserves the right to move to the next responsible and responsive bidder if Contractor negotiations are unsuccessful.
