Potential Invalidity. Neither the covenant to pay in Clause 2.1 (Covenant to pay Secured Liabilities), nor the Security created by this Debenture shall extend to or include any liability or sum which would, but for this Clause 2.2, cause such covenant, obligation or Security to be unlawful under any applicable law or would if it were so included, cause the infringement of section 678 of the Companies Xxx 0000.
Potential Invalidity. If any provision of this Agreement is found by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, then (a) such provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and (b) the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected and all such provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Potential Invalidity. In the event of any inconsistency among the terms hereof (including incorporated terms) or between such terms and the terms of the Notes, the terms of this Agreement shall govern and prevail. The whole or partial invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provision hereof or the Notes at any time, whether pursuant to the terms of then applicable law or otherwise, shall not affect:

Neither the covenant to pay in Clause 15.1 (Covenant to pay or discharge Obligations) nor the obligation to pay interest pursuant to Clause 15.3 (Interest) nor the security created by this Deed shall extend to or include any liability or sum which would, but for this Clause 15.2, cause such covenant or security to be unlawful under any applicable law.
Potential Invalidity. Neither the covenant to pay in Clause 2.1 (Covenant to Pay) nor the obligation to pay interest pursuant to Clause 2.3 (Interest) nor the security created by this Debenture shall extend to or include any liability or sum which would, but for this Clause 2.2, cause such covenant or security to be unlawful under any applicable law.
Potential Invalidity. Should any covenant or other provision of this Agreement be declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, by administrative order or by reason of any rule of law or public policy, all other provisions shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect and no provision shall be deemed dependent upon any other provision unless so specified.
Potential Invalidity. Should any covenant or other provision of this Release Agreement be declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, by administrative order or by reason of any rule of law or public policy, all other provisions shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect and no provision shall be deemed dependent upon any other provision unless so specified, except if the provisions in paragraphs 1 and 3 are held invalid, Employee agrees to immediately execute a release of all claims that is valid and enforceable.
Potential Invalidity. In the event of any inconsistency among the terms hereof (including incorporated terms) or between such terms and the terms of the Notes, the terms of this Agreement shall govern and prevail. The whole or partial invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provision hereof or the Notes at any time, whether pursuant to the terms of then applicable law or otherwise, shall not affect: in the instance of partial invalidity, illegality or unenforceability, the validity, legality or enforceability of such provision at such time except to the extent of such partial invalidity, illegality or unenforceability; or (b) the validity, legality or enforceability of such provision at any other time or of any other provision hereof at that or any other time.
Potential Invalidity. The Security created by this Deed shall not extend to nor include any liability or sum which would, but for this Deed, cause any covenant, obligation or security to be unlawful under any applicable law.
