POTENTIAL EMPLOYMENT CONSEQUENCES OF THE PARTIAL SPIN. OFF For the purposes of item 11 of article 31 of the LME, it is hereby stated that no employment consequences are expected to arise as a result of the Partial Spin-off. It is stated that the Participating Companies will comply with their respective reporting obligations and any consultation obligations vis-à-vis the legal representatives of each company’s workers or, in the absence of such representatives, the respective workers affected by the transfer of undertaking, in accordance with applicable labour law. The Partial Spin-off will also be notified to the relevant public bodies and particularly to the General Treasury of the Spanish Social Security.
