Postponement of Cases. Postponement of cases on the agenda of a Joint State Committee will be permitted only once for each party. Notice of a postponement shall be given to the other party by the fastest possible method of communication upon knowledge of the need to postpone. No subsequent postponements by that party will be permitted by the Joint State Committee, unless the Committee Co-Chairpersons mutually agree to issue a Committee postponement.

Postponement of Cases. Neither party shall be entitled to more than one (1) postponement on any given case and there shall be no more than two (2) post- ponements for any reason on any given case, except in the case of proven medical emergency which must be approved by the Union and Company Co-Chairpersons. Notice of request for a postpone- ment shall be given to both Co-Chairs and the opposing party by the fastest possible method of communication upon knowledge of such postponement, preferably within forty-eight (48) hours. Neither party will be allowed to postpone a case after the case is called.

Notice of request for postponement shall be given to both Co-Chairmen by the fastest possible method of communication upon knowledge of illness or for other serious reason no later than the scheduled start time of the meeting. A mutual postponement 'shall be permitted provided the parties serve notice upon the Co-Chairmen no later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the first day of the Committee meeting. No subsequent postponements will be permitted except upon the approval of the Co-Chairmen of the Committee.

  • Postponement The Company shall be entitled once in any six-month period to postpone for a reasonable period of time (but not exceeding 90 days) (the “Postponement Period”) the filing of any registration statement required to be prepared and filed by it pursuant to this Section 2.1 if the Company determines, in its reasonable judgment, that such registration and offering would materially interfere with any material financing, corporate reorganization or other material transaction involving the Company or any subsidiary, or would require premature disclosure thereof, and promptly gives Mitsui written notice of such determination, containing a general statement of the reasons for such postponement and an approximation of the anticipated delay. If the Company shall so postpone the filing of a registration statement, (i) the Company shall use its reasonable best efforts to limit the delay to as short a period as is practicable and (ii) Mitsui shall have the right to withdraw the request for registration by giving written notice to the Company at any time and, in the event of such withdrawal, such request shall not be counted for purposes of the requests for registration to which Mitsui is entitled pursuant to this Section 2.1.

  • Adjournments The chair of a meeting of shareholders may, and if so directed by the meeting must, adjourn the meeting from time to time and from place to place, but no business may be transacted at any adjourned meeting other than the business left unfinished at the meeting from which the adjournment took place.

  • Vacation Postponement If a bargaining unit employee's vacation becomes due during a period when he/she is on leave due to illness or injury, he/she may request that his/her vacation date be changed, and the Board shall grant such request in accordance with vacation dates available at that time. The employee may elect to have his/her vacation rescheduled in accordance with the vacation schedule available at that time. If rescheduling is impossible, then the vacation may be accumulated or paid in cash.

  • Project Kick-off Meeting The Contractor shall hold a project kick-off meeting within thirty days from the contract execution date. The Contractor shall coordinate with NYSERDA's Project Manager to arrange the meeting at a mutually convenient time and place. The Contractor is encouraged to invite representatives of sub-contractors and equipment vendors. The purpose of this meeting shall be to finalize the strategies for accomplishing the objectives of this work. In a timely manner, the Contractor shall submit to NYSERDA’s Project Manager a brief report summarizing the issues discussed and decisions made, if any, during this meeting. Deliverable: A brief report regarding the project kickoff meeting.

  • Meeting Minutes The Secretary of the Council (or the Secretary’s designee) shall be responsible for the minutes of each meeting of the Members and such meeting minutes will be provided to the public no later than thirty (30) days after such meeting minutes are accepted by a majority of the Members.

  • Enforcement Actions Either the Company or Executive may bring an action in court to compel arbitration under this Agreement and to enforce an arbitration award. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, neither party shall initiate or prosecute any lawsuit in any way related to any arbitrable claim, including without limitation any claim as to the making, existence, validity, or enforceability of the agreement to arbitrate. All arbitration hearings under this Agreement shall be conducted in Las Vegas, Nevada.

  • Construction Progress Meetings The Design Professional shall attend Construction Progress Meetings periodically held by the Contractor at the Site on a schedule determined by the Contractor. The Design Professional shall review the minutes of the meeting and provide his written comments to the minutes to the Owner and Contractor within seven calendar days after receipt of the meeting minutes.

  • Enforcement Action The Official Agency will ensure that enforcement action taken is in accordance with Articles 137 and 138 of Regulation (EU) 2017/625. The Official Agency shall ensure the effective and appropriate use of enforcement powers under national food legislation while having due regard for: • the use of available enforcement orders under the Act • food law enforcement policy published by the Authority and • any enforcement guidance agreed between the Authority and the Official Agency. When an enforcement notice is to be served by the Official Agency the content of the notice shall be agreed with the Authority as a matter of urgency, prior to it being served.
