Posting of Vacation Leave. 1371 Employees earn vacation on a fiscal year basis. At the beginning of each 1372 fiscal year, the employee’s pay warrant shall reflect the carryover of paid 1373 vacation hours plus the vacation hours normally earned in the ensuing 1374 fiscal year. Employees hired during the fiscal year shall earn vacation on 1375 a prorated basis for that initial fiscal year.

At the beginning of each fiscal year, 1250 the unit member’s pay warrant shall reflect the carryover of paid vacation hours plus the 1251 vacation hours normally earned in the ensuing fiscal year. Unit members hired during the 1252 fiscal year shall earn vacation on a prorated basis for that initial fiscal year.
