Posting of the Vacancy. ‌ The posting for the vacancy will be initiated by the hiring manager or designate in consultation with Human Resources and the Chair/Department Head of the appropriate discipline or department. The College shall send notice of vacancies to employees terminated under Article 5. All vacancies in the bargaining unit will be posted internally for seven (7) days. At its discretion, the Employer may post vacancies externally concurrent with the internal position.

  • Posting of Vacancies At the point the Department proceeds to fill a vacant position by open competition, lateral transfer or promotion, such information will be publicized within the Department for a minimum of five (5) working days.

  • Vacancy Posting All vacancies shall be posted in a conspicuous place in each building of the district for a period of ten (10) workdays. Said posting shall contain the following information:
