Posting of Material. You are solely responsible and liable for all material that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service, including, without limitation, material that you post to any Company website, or any third party vendor's service (e.g., newsgroups) that is used by the Company. The Company does not claim ownership of material you submit or make available for inclusion on the Service. However, with respect to material you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Service, you grant the Company a world-wide, royalty free and non-exclusive license(s) to: use your material in connection with the Company’s businesses including, but not limited to, the rights to copy, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, transmit, publish your name in connection with the material, and to prepare derivative works. No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your material.

Posting of Material. The Organization will be required to prominently display, on its website, graphic identifiers and text provided by CIDA, acceptable to the Parties, clearly stating in English and French, that CIDA provides support for this Project under this Agreement. The Organization will be required to host graphic identifiers provided by CIDA on its website to be downloaded by participating organizations and institutions in this Project, in accordance with 10.3.3 c).

  • Filing of Materials All records related to a grievance shall be filed separately from the personnel files of the employees.

  • Removal of Materials If you decide you would like to remove your Materials from the Service, you may provide written notice to Prime Publishing by either deleting the image through the Prime Publishing interface or by contacting Prime Publishing customer service, and Prime Publishing will remove such Materials from the Service within a reasonable period of time. 5) License for Name, Trademarks and Likenesses.   • Use of Materials There should be no limitations or restrictions by Union upon a Contractor's choice of materials or design, nor, regardless of source or location, upon the full use and utilization, of equipment, machinery, packaging, precast, prefabricated, prefinished, or preassembled materials, tools or other labor saving devices, subject to the application of the California Public Contract and Labor Codes. Generally, the onsite installation or application of such items shall be performed by the craft having jurisdiction over such work.

  • Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.
