Posting, Eligibility. When the Employer determines to fill a vacant position within the bargaining unit, such vacancy shall be posted on the Office bulletin boards for a period of not less than seven (7) calendar days. The posting shall include the title of the position, the duties and responsibilities, and the minimum qualification required including appointment status. The Employer shall establish the qualifications for each classification and position. All applicants must be sworn or appointed under Ohio Revised Code 311.04.

Posting, Eligibility. When the Employer determines to fill a vacant assignment, such vacancy shall be posted on the Division bulletin board for a period of not less than ten (10) calendar days. The posting shall include the title of the position, the duties and responsibilities, and the minimum qualifications and requirements for participation. It is understood and agreed that the Chief has the authority to define or establish the qualifications for the positions. Posting shall include the criteria for the position. The criteria for selection may include, but is not limited to, knowledge required for the position, demonstrated ability to achieve goals, education, experience, work record, disciplinary record and seniority.

  • Spousal Eligibility a. For employees hired on or after August 1, 2003: If the spouse of an employee is covered by any PEBTF health care plan, and he/she is eligible for coverage under another employer’s plan(s), the spouse shall be required to enroll in each such plan, which shall be the spouse’s primary coverage, as a condition of the spouse’s eligibility for coverage by the PEBTF plan(s), without regard to whether the spouse’s plan requires cost sharing or to whether the spouse’s employer offers an incentive to the spouse not to enroll.

  • Dependent Eligibility To be eligible to enroll as a Covered Dependent, a person must be:
