Postal Service Mail. You may withdraw consent for electronic delivery of disclosures at any time and at no cost to you by contacting the Online Banking Center at the above address, telephone number, or email address. However, withdrawal of consent may terminate your access to Online Banking. Withdrawing consent will not affect the legal effectiveness, validity, or enforceability of disclosures that were made available to you electronically prior to the implementation of your withdrawal.

BTU-ESP and the Board shall develop guidelines for this service and for appropriate charges prior to implementing the use of the mail service.
