Post-Settlement Purchase Adjustments. (a) The Administrator shall make any post-settlement purchase adjustments necessary to reflect the actual aggregate unpaid principal balance of the related Mortgages or other Mortgage characteristics as of the date of their purchase by the Depositor or their delivery to the Trustee in exchange for PCs, as the case may be.
