Post-Qualification Criteria (ITT. 37.1) In case the tender was not subject to pre-qualification, the tender that has been determined to be the lowest evaluated tenderer shall be considered for contract award, subject to meeting each of the following conditions (post qualification Criteria applied on a GO/NO GO basis). The Procuring Entity shall carry out the post- qualification of the Tenderer in accordance with ITT 37, using only the requirements specified herein. Requirements not included in the text below shall not be used in the evaluation of the Tenderer's qualifications. The minimum qualification requirements for multiple contracts will be the sum of the minimum requirements for respective individual contracts, unless otherwise specified.

  • Qualification Criteria The College may offer or an employee may request an early retirement incentive provided the employee meets the following qualifications:

  • Performance Qualifications The Buyer reserves the right to investigate or inspect at any time whether the product, qualifications, or facilities offered by Respondent meet the Contract requirements. Respondent shall at all times during the Contract term remain responsive and responsible. In determining Respondent’s responsibility as a vendor, the agency shall consider all information or evidence which is gathered or comes to the attention of the agency which demonstrates the Respondent’s capability to fully satisfy the requirements of the solicitation and the contract.
