Post Construction Services. Architect shall provide the following Post Construction Services which shall be part of Architect’s Basic Services:
Post Construction Services. 27.1 PEDB will conduct a final Project review and will advise NEWCO as to continuing or newly-observed defects or deficiencies in the Project observed during that review.
Post Construction Services. In the Post construction Phase, the Architect shall provide those services necessary to assist the Owner in the use and occupancy of the facility.
Post Construction Services. A. Oversee the final building commissioning of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
Post Construction Services. 1.7.1 Post Construction services shall begin at Final Completion. Post Construction Services will terminate one year after final completion, or when services of Architect are completed, whichever occurs earlier, unless extended by mutual written agreement.
Post Construction Services. 1. The Construction Manager shall provide sufficient, dedicated on-site project staffing to monitor completion of punch lists or corrective work to assure final acceptance without delay.
Post Construction Services. The Engineer shall perform the following services during the post construction phase of the Project. • Prepare and provide stamped as-built plan and profile drawings. Plans will be prepared at a scale of 1”=20’ horizontal and 1”=5’ vertical. • Plan and profile drawings will be prepared at 1”=20’ scale. Drawings will include water meter and fire hydrant tables, northing and easting data of the water line at adequate intervals, and secondary ties to all valves, meters, fire hydrants, and fittings.
Post Construction Services. Consultant and commissioning authority shall return to the building at the 10-month poin after substantial completion of the Project to review its operation for warranty issues. This shall include both a review of current operations to identify any potential warranty related problems before the typical 12 month warranty expiration, and an interview with building operating staff to identify their concerns.
Post Construction Services. The purpose of the Post-Contract phase will be to assist in the use and occupancy of the Project.
Post Construction Services. 16.2.3.1 Occupancy Permit (Building Department Sign-off). Axiom shall obtain for Chase the necessary occupancy permits. This task may encompass accompanying governmental officials during inspections of the facility, assist in preparing and submitting proper documentation to the appropriate approving agencies, assisting in final testing and other necessary and reasonable activities.
