Post-Award Conference. The Contractor shall participate in a mandatory post-award conference after the Notice to Proceed that will be held at a time and place to be determined by the GSA GWAC PCO (FAR 42.503-1). The purpose of the post award conference is to aid both the Contractor and the Government in achieving a clear and mutual understanding of all contract requirements in the Master Contract and identify and resolve potential issues (See FAR Subpart 42.5 Post award Orientation). The GSA GWAC Government Program Manager will act as Chairperson with the GSA GWAC PCO as Co-chairperson at the conference.
Post-Award Conference. The Contractor may be required to attend a post award conference scheduled by the Procurement Coordinator to discuss Master Agreement performance requirements. The time and place of this conference will be scheduled following Master Agreement award.

The Government will hold a post award conference after contract award on case to case basis to discuss the execution plan, submittals, personnel issues, procedures and other important matters concerning the contract. Post-Award Conference. The contractor shall conduct a Post-Award Conference no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after contract award or as otherwise specified by the Government. The contractor shall present, as a minimum, an overview of its entire contractual effort to include, as a minimum: WBS, schedule, organization structure (including subcontractors), entrance / exit criteria for significant events, project risks, subcontractor/supplier award schedules/status, and manufacturing planning. The contractor shall submit the presentation material and meeting minutes in accordance with CDRL A150.
Post-Award Conference. The Government will conduct a Post Award Contract Administration Conference at the project site or by teleconference, as soon as possible after Contract Award. The Contractor and major sub‐contractor representatives shall participate (Prime contractor will determine which subcontractor(s) are considered major). Government representatives will include Corps of Engineers (XXX) Project Delivery Team Members, and Stakeholder Representatives. The Government will provide an agenda, meeting goals, meeting place, and meeting time to participate prior to the meeting. The Contractor will provide the meeting minutes to all parties after the completion of the conference. The Contractor shall provide minutes of this meeting to all participants within ten (10) calendar days after the Conference.
Post-Award Conference.
