Positive Learning Experience. The District and the Association recognize that the ability of pupils to progress and mature academically is a combined result of school, home, and economic and social environment. To that end, the District and the Association agree that every effort will be made to maximize a positive learning experience in that classroom.

  • Investment Experience Holder understands that the purchase of this Warrant and its underlying securities involves substantial risk.   • Previous Experience 31.01 New employees will be classified according to previous comparable experience for the purpose of establishing wage rates. The Co-operative shall not be required to recognize previous experience of new employees who have not worked in the same or similar business in the past two (2) years. Recognized credit for previous experience shall be applicable to qualifying employees commencing with the first working day following completion of said employee's probationary period.

  • Related Experience Previous experience related to the duties associated with the position.

  • Rating Impact on Student Learning Growth ESE will provide model contract language and guidance on rating educator impact on student learning growth based on state and district-determined measures of student learning. Upon receiving this model contract language and guidance, the parties agree to bargain with respect to this matter.

  • Positive Time Reporting Employees will accurately report time worked in accordance with a positive time reporting process as determined by each agency.
