Common use of Positions Clause in Contracts

Positions. During the period of Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive shall be employed and serve as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Executive shall report to the Board of Directors. Executive shall also serve without additional compensation as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, and, if so requested by the Company, as an officer or director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

Positions. During the period of the Executive’s employment with the CompanyCompany (the “Employment Period”), the Executive shall be employed and serve as the President and Chief Executive Financial Officer of the Company. In such position, the Executive shall have the duties, responsibilities and authority normally associated with the office and position of Chief Financial Officer of a publicly-held corporation. The Executive shall report to the Board of Directors. Chief Executive shall also serve without additional compensation as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, and, if so requested by the Company, as an officer or director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the CompanyOfficer.

Positions. During the period of Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive shall be employed and serve as the President and Chief Executive Financial Officer of the Company. In such positions, Executive shall have the duties, responsibilities and authority normally associated with the office and position of Chief Financial Officer of a publicly-held corporation. Executive shall report to the Board of Directors. Company’s Chief Executive shall also serve without additional compensation as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, and, if so requested by the Company, as an officer or director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the CompanyOfficer.

Positions. During the period of Executive’s employment with the Company, The Executive shall be employed and serve as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Company and, for all periods that the Executive shall report to occupies a seat on the Board of Directors. Executive Directors of the Company, shall also serve without additional compensation as a member the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. In carrying out his duties under this Agreement, and, if so requested by the Company, as an officer or director Executive shall report to the Board of any subsidiary or affiliate Directors of the Company.

Positions. During the period of Executive’s employment with the Company, The Executive shall be employed and serve as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Executive shall report Company and the Bank and, subject to the direction of the Board of Directors, shall perform and discharge faithfully the duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to the Executive from time to time in connection with the conduct of its business. The duties and responsibilities of the Executive shall also serve without additional compensation as be commensurate with the position of president of a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, and, if so requested by the Company, as an officer or director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Companybank and a bank holding company.

Positions. During the period of Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive shall be employed and serve as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. In such positions, Executive shall have the duties, responsibilities and authority normally associated with the offices and positions of Chief Operating Officer as set forth in Exhibit A and as otherwise established by the Company’s Board from time to time. Executive shall report to the Board of DirectorsChief Executive Officer. Executive shall also serve without additional compensation as a member of At any time during the Agreement Period, the Board of Directors of the Company, and, if so requested by the Company, as an officer or director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Companymay promote Executive to Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”).

Positions. During the period of the Executive’s employment with the CompanyCompany (the “Employment Period"), the Executive shall be employed and serve as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the CompanyCompany and as a member of the Board. During the period Term of Executive’s employment with Employment, the Company, Executive shall be employed and serve as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the CompanyCompany as well as certain Affiliates as set forth in Annex 1. In such position, the Executive shall report to have the Board duties, responsibilities and authority normally associated with the office and position of DirectorsChief Executive Officer of a corporation, and shall have such duties as the Board, in its discretion, designates, consistent with those of a Chief Executive Officer. In addition, during the Term of Employment, the Executive shall also serve without additional compensation be nominated for election as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, and, and agrees to serve if so requested by the Company, as an officer or director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Companyelected.

Executive shall also serve without additional compensation as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, and, if so requested by the Company, as an officer or director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the CompanyBoard.

Positions. During the period of Executive’s employment with Term, the Company, Executive shall be employed and serve as the President and Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company. In this capacity, the Executive shall have the duties, authorities and responsibilities commensurate with the duties, authorities and responsibilities of persons in such position in companies similar in nature and size to the Company, and such other duties, authorities and responsibilities as the Board shall designate from time to time that are not inconsistent with the Executive’s position as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company. During the Term, the Executive shall report to the Board of Directors. Executive shall also serve without additional compensation as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, and, if so requested by the Company, as an officer or director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the CompanyBoard.

In such position, the Executive shall have the duties, responsibilities and authority normally associated with the office and position of Chief Operating Officer of a publicly-held corporation. The Executive shall report to the Board of Directors. Chief Executive shall also serve without additional compensation as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, and, if so requested by the Company, as an officer or director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the CompanyOfficer.

Positions. During the period of Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive shall be employed and serve as the President and Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and President of the Company. In such positions, Executive shall have the duties, responsibilities and authority normally associated with the office and position of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and President of a publicly-held corporation. Executive shall report to the Board Executive Chairman of DirectorsBoard, unless notified in writing otherwise by the Board. Executive shall also serve without additional compensation as a member All other employees of the Board of Directors of the Company, and, if so requested by the Company, as an officer or director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the CompanyCompany shall report to Executive and/or his designees.
