Positions Excluded. The Bargaining Unit shall not include: Superintendent of Schools, Assistant Superintendent of Human Services, Instructional Services Director, Directors (non-teacher certified), Coordinators, Teachers, and other non-administrative instructional employees and all non-instructional, non- administrative employees.

All irregular part-time employees such as limited term, provisional, emergency, restricted, and daily substitute employees; employees exempted from the classified service – Education Code Sections 45256, 45257, and 45258; and Management, Supervisory, and Confidential employees are excluded from the Unit. The determination of Management/Supervisory/Confidential employees shall be made by the District as of the date of agreement.
