Common use of Position Requirements Clause in Contracts

Position Requirements. 3.1. You will be required to perform the duties of the Position as outlined in the attached Position Description in Schedule B of this Contract together with those duties and responsibilities ordinarily associated with the Position. In addition, you will be required to perform any other duties, for which you have the appropriate skill and or training, which are assigned to you by the Company from time to time. The Company may also amend the Position Description as required from time to time. All amendments will be communicated to you.
