Common use of Position; Duties Clause in Contracts

Position; Duties. During the Employment Term, Executive shall serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. In such position, Executive shall report to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) and shall have such duties and authority as are customary to such position and as otherwise determined from time to time by the Board. During the Employment Term, Executive agrees to devote Executive’s full time and reasonable best efforts to the performance of Executive’s duties to the Company. The foregoing shall not be construed to prohibit Executive from engaging in activities relating to serving on civic and charitable boards or committees, and managing personal investments.

Position; Duties. During the Employment Term, Executive shall serve as the Chief Executive Business Officer of the Company. In such position, Executive shall report directly to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) Chief Executive Officer and shall have such duties and authority as are customary to such position and as otherwise determined from time to time by the BoardCompany. During the Employment Term, Executive agrees to devote Executive’s full time and reasonable best efforts to the performance of Executive’s duties to the Company. The foregoing shall not be construed to prohibit Executive from engaging in activities relating to serving on civic and charitable boards or committees, and managing personal investments, provided that such activities do not significantly interfere or conflict with the performance by Executive of Executive’s duties, responsibilities, or authorities hereunder.

In such position, Executive shall report directly to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) Chief Executive Officer // to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, and shall have such duties and authority as are customary to such position and as otherwise determined from time to time by the BoardCompany. During the Employment Term, Executive agrees to devote Executive’s full time and reasonable best efforts to the performance of Executive’s duties to the Company. In such position, Executive shall report directly to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) Chief Executive Officer and shall have such duties and authority as are customary to such position and as otherwise determined from time to time by the BoardCompany. During the Employment Term, Executive agrees to devote Executive’s full time and reasonable best efforts to the performance of Executive’s duties to the Company. The foregoing shall not be construed to prohibit Executive from engaging in activities relating to serving on civic and charitable boards or committees, and managing personal investments, provided that such activities do not significantly interfere or conflict with the performance by Executive of Executive’s duties, responsibilities, or authorities hereunder.

In such position, Executive shall report directly to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) Chief Executive Officer and shall have such duties and authority as are customary to such position and as otherwise determined from time to time by the BoardCompany. During the Employment Term, Executive agrees to devote Executive’s full time and reasonable best efforts to the performance of Executive’s duties to the Company. The foregoing shall not be construed to prohibit Executive from engaging in activities relating to serving on civic and charitable boards or committees, and managing personal investments, provided that such activities do not significantly interfere or conflict with the performance by Executive of Executive’s duties, responsibilities, or authorities hereunder.

In such position, Executive shall report directly to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) Chief Executive Officer and shall have such duties and authority as are customary to such position and as otherwise determined from time to time by the BoardCompany. During the Employment Term, Executive agrees to devote Executive’s full time and reasonable best efforts to the performance of Executive’s duties to the Company. The foregoing shall not be construed to prohibit Executive from engaging in activities relating to serving on civic and charitable boards or committees, and managing personal investments, provided that such activities do not significantly interfere or conflict with the performance by Executive of Executive’s duties, responsibilities, or authorities hereunder.

Moreover, subject to Board approval, Executive may serve on other corporate Boards of Directors or Advisory Committees, provided that such companies do not compete with the Company.

Position; Duties. During the Employment Term, Executive shall serve as the Chief Executive Scientific Officer of the Company. In such position, Executive shall report directly to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) Chief Executive Officer and shall have such duties and authority as are customary to such position and as otherwise determined from time to time by the BoardCompany. During the Employment Term, Executive agrees to devote Executive’s full time and reasonable best efforts to the performance of Executive’s duties to the Company. The foregoing shall not be construed to prohibit Executive from engaging in activities relating to serving on civic and charitable boards or committees, and managing personal investments, provided that such activities do not significantly interfere or conflict with the performance by Executive of Executive’s duties, responsibilities, or authorities hereunder.

Position; Duties. During the Employment Term, Executive shall serve as the Chief Executive Financial Officer of the Company. In such position, Executive shall report to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) Chief Executive Officer and shall have all the duties and responsibilities customarily rendered by Chief Financial Officers of companies of similar size and nature, as well as such duties and authority as are customary to such position and as otherwise determined from time to time by the BoardChief Executive Officer. During the Employment Term, Executive agrees to devote Executive’s full time and reasonable best efforts to the performance of Executive’s duties to the Company. The foregoing shall not be construed Subject to prohibit the foregoing, Executive from engaging may engage in activities relating to serving on civic and charitable boards or committees, and managing personal investments.

In such position, Executive shall report directly to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) and shall have such duties and authority as are customary to such position and as otherwise determined from time to time by the Board. During the Employment Term, Executive agrees to devote Executive’s full time and reasonable best efforts to the performance of Executive’s duties to the Company. The foregoing shall not be construed to prohibit Executive from engaging in activities relating to serving on civic and charitable boards or committees, and managing personal investments, provided that such activities do not significantly interfere or conflict with the performance by Executive of Executive’s duties, responsibilities, or authorities hereunder.
