Common use of Position, Duties and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Position, Duties and Responsibilities. (a) During the Term, the Employee shall initially serve the Company as its Exective Vice President, Corporate Affairs, and shall initially report to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. During the Term, the Employee shall be employed by the Company on a full-time basis and shall perform the duties and responsibilities of Employee’s position.
