Common use of Position Descriptions Clause in Contracts

Position Descriptions. (a) Upon request by the employee, the Employer shall provide the position description outlining the duties and responsibilities assigned to her position. (b) The Employer will endeavour to ensure that position descriptions are reviewed and revised where necessary at periodic intervals but under no circumstances shall that interval be in excess of three (3) years. (c) Copies of all current position descriptions shall be forwarded to the Union upon signing of this Agreement. Thereafter, all revised position descriptions shall be provided to the Union within fifteen (15) days of revision.
