Common use of Position and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve the Company, and the Company shall employ Executive, as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and in such other senior corporate executive capacities consistent with such position as may be specified from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive shall report directly to the Board. Executive also presently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company (“Chairman”).

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunderTerm, the Executive agrees to serve the Company, and the Company shall employ Executive, as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company Company. Position and Responsibilities. Such duties may include, in addition to his duties as Chairman, the appointment of Executive as an officer and/or director of any present or future subsidiary or affiliate of the Company (“Chairman”)without any additional remuneration under this Agreement. Executive shall devote all of his business time, attention, skill, and efforts to the faithful performance of the duties hereunder.

During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive shall report directly to the Board. Executive also presently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company (“Chairman”)Company.

The Executive acknowledges and agrees that the Executive shall observe and comply with all of the Company (“Chairman”)Company’s Policies and Procedures, which may change from time to time, including, but limited to, the Employee Handbook and other onboarding documents.

Executive also presently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company (“ChairmanOfficer”).

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, the Executive agrees to serve the Company, and the Company shall employ the Executive, as President its Executive Chairman. As a senior Company executive, the Executive shall be responsible to carry out the duties and responsibilities directed by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer of the Company and in such other senior corporate executive capacities consistent with such position as may be specified from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “‘Board”’). During , and as Chairman, the period of his employment hereunder, Executive shall report directly be responsible for Board activities. The Executive will be available full-time, subject to the Board. During the period of his employment hereunder, "Chief Executive shall report directly to the Board. Executive also presently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company (“Chairman”Officer").

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment ----------------------------- hereunder, Executive agrees to serve the Company, and the Company shall employ Executive, as Executive Vice President and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Information Technology Business or in such other senior corporate executive capacity or capacities consistent with such position as may be specified from time to time by the Board of Directors Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “Board”). During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive shall report directly to the Board. Executive also presently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company (“Chairman”)Company.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment ----------------------------- hereunder, Executive agrees to serve the Company, and the Company shall employ Executive, as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Officer, or in such other senior corporate executive capacity or capacities consistent with such position as may be specified from time to time mutually agreed upon by Executive and the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive shall report directly to the Board. Executive also presently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company (“Chairman”)Company.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period Employment Period, the Executive shall serve as the Chief Executive Officer, President, Secretary and Chairman of his the Board. Executive will take direction from, and report to the CEO, subject to the provisions of this Agreement and the Company's general policies and practices governing employment hereunder, in force from time to time. The Executive shall have such duties and responsibilities commensurate with such title, and as the Board, Chairman or CEO may require of the Company (“Chairman”)Executive from time to time.
