Common use of Portability of Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Portability of Sick Leave. For new hires for the 2021-2022 school year, the District shall accept an Employee’s accumulated sick leave from another district in Idaho, up to the maximum accumulated amount described in paragraph A of this Article.

Portability of Sick Leave. For new hires for the 20212016-2022 2017 school year, the District shall accept an Employee’s accumulated sick leave from another district in Idaho, up to the maximum accumulated amount described in paragraph A of this Article.

Portability of Sick Leave. For new hires for the 20212019-2022 2020 school year, the District shall accept an Employee’s accumulated sick leave from another district in Idaho, up to the maximum accumulated amount described in paragraph A of this Article.
