Port Types. BA shall make available to Focal unbundled 2-wire analog line and 2-wire analog trunk Ports on the terms and conditions specified herein and on such other terms in applicable Tariffs that are not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth herein. BA will offer Focal Ports utilizing other technologies as they become available, upon bona fide request by Focal.

  • Trunk Types 2.2.1 In interconnecting their networks pursuant to this Attachment, the Parties will use, as appropriate, the following separate and distinct trunk groups:

  • Contract Type OASIS SB is a family of Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contracts for Government-wide professional service based requirements which is available for use by all Federal agencies and other entities as listed in the current General Services Administration (GSA) Order, OGP 4800.2I, Eligibility to Use GSA Sources of Supply and Services. OASIS SB allows for all contract types at the task order level (e.g., Cost-Reimbursement (all types), Fixed-Price (all types), Time-and-Materials, and Labor-Hour). Task orders may also combine more than one contract type (e.g., FFP/Cost, FFP/Labor Hour etc.). Additionally, task orders may include incentives, performance based measures, multi-year or option periods, and commercial or non-commercial items.

  • Account Types The Financial Institution agrees that each Collateral Account is, and will be maintained as, either a “securities account” (as defined in Section 8-501 of the UCC) or a “deposit account” (as defined in Section 9-102(a)(29) of the UCC).

If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for EveryCall (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing iNetworks traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandems and Verizon End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to iNetworks, the subtending arrangements between iNetworks Tandems and iNetworks End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that iNetworks maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • License Types The following License Types may be offered with respect to individual Software products or product families. Additional license types may be specified with respect to certain products or product groups as set forth in the Product Specific Terms. The License Type will be specified in an LSDA.
