POLLUTION STANDARDS. In the event the grand total of Exhibit C is in excess of $100,000, the Developer agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders, or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act of 1970 (42 U.S.C. 185, et seq.) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C.1251, et seq.), As Amended.
