Polling. The Parties agree that when a vacancy exists in any classification, Permanent Full Time Employees holding that Permanent classification in another reporting depot, even those in another Limited posting at the time of the vacancy, will be polled in order of seniority to move to the reporting depot containing the vacancy, and the last vacancy created by said polling will subsequently be posted.
Polling. Vacancies in Streets and Metro Rail Operations (MRO) will be filled through current procedures. • Vacancies in Scheduling, Safety & Training, Central Control, Station Operations and Dispatch will be filled through polling the following four (4) divisions: Streets, MRO, Station Operations and Dispatch. • An employee who moves as a result of polling may not move again until the General Sign Up.

Polling. As mentioned before, “polling” is a very interesting feature of Soaplab web services that allow the execution of long lasting processes without reaching the client’s timeout. If Xxxxxxx calls a web service and it doesn’t answer in before this timeout the call is cancelled and an error is reported. Thanks to Soaplab polling we will be able to skip this timeout by making periodic requests to the web service to check its status. Workflow designers can avoid the timeout by creating a series of calls to the soaplab operation “getStatus” until the web service is finished and then use operation “getResults”. This would perfectly work but it would create a much more complex workflow than what users in PANACEA are used to. On the other hand, if designers make use of the Taverna Soaplab plugin (it was also used in the 1st version of the platform) they’ll be able to easily configure polling without making complex series of calls. Polling. STATION The Committee reserves the right to cancel this hiring in the event of the premises being required for use as a Polling Station for a Parliamentary of Local Government election or by-election in which case the Hirer shall be entitled to a refund of any deposit already paid.

Polling. Dealer agrees that Edmunds may obtain the Data during the Term, and during the Term Dealer will not take any action to prevent Edmunds’ ability to obtain the Data on a regular basis. Dealer acknowledges that Edmunds may engage the services of DMi (or such other mutually agreeable polling service) to poll and transmit to Edmunds the Data, at Edmunds’ sole cost and expense. Edmunds agrees that Dealer will not be in breach of this Agreement for any errors or omissions in the transmission of the Data to Edmunds, or for any impact on the polling company’s transmission of the Data caused by any breach by Edmunds of any agreement between Edmunds and any polling company.
Polling. Client shall provide to FSC through UT&I (see contract at Exhibit b) the appropriate software to permit FSC to connect with and transmit to and receive information required by FSC to perform under this Agreement (such information to be in format and content acceptable to FSC) from Client's information systems (including Client's in-store back-of-house and point-of-sale systems), and all required third party consents to such actions. If Client cannot provide such connection or obtain all required consents, Client shall cause to be delivered to FSC, not later than the next Business Day after the date on which FSC could have obtained such information by polling, such information on media and in format and content acceptable to FSC. Client is solely responsible for assuring compatibility between all information systems (other than the Program Assets) and the Program Assets and shall pay all costs associated with such connections, consents and deliveries and shall reimburse FSC on demand for any costs incurred by FSC related thereto (to the extent such costs relate to either the initial setup or subsequent upgrades of equipment or software, but not the usual operation thereof).
