Common use of Political Contributions Clause in Contracts

Political Contributions. The Company has not directly or indirectly, (a) made any unlawful contribution to any candidate for public office, or failed to disclose fully any contribution in violation of law, or (b) made any payment to any federal, state, local, or foreign governmental officer or official, or other person charged with similar public or quasi-public duties, other than payments required or permitted by the laws of the United States or any other such jurisdiction.

Political Contributions. The Company has not not, directly or indirectly, at any time (ax) made any unlawful contribution contributions to any candidate for public political office, or failed to disclose fully any contribution such contribution, in violation of law, or ; (by) made any payment to any federal, state, local, federal or foreign governmental officer or official, or other person charged with similar public or quasi-public duties, other than payments required or permitted allowed by the laws all applicable laws; or (z) violated nor is it in violation of any provision of the United States or any other such jurisdictionForeign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended.
