Political Action Fund. It is recognized that the District Council 21 has a Political Action Fund and is entitled to voluntary contributions by its members. Upon receipt of written authorization from an EMPLOYEE, the EMPLOYER agrees to deduct payments in the amount specified in the wages of said EMPLOYEE, and forward such monies to the Political Action Fund, in a manner consistent with Article 3.
Political Action Fund. 28.01 The employer shall remit five cents ($0.05) per hour for each hour paid per employee as part of the Political Action Fund in accordance with Article 25. This five cents ($0.05) is a contribution from the employee and the wage rates printed in this Collective Agreement have been reduced by a sum equal to the amount remitted.
Political Action Fund. In accordance with those procedures promulgated by the Office of the State Comptroller the State shall allow for the deduction of contributions for the Union’s political action fund.

Political Action Fund. The employer will remit five cents ($0.05) per hour from each employee in accordance with Article 8C. The Administrator will forward amounts received to the Local Union monthly and the Local Union shall forward to the I.U.P.A.T. Canadian Conference Political Action Fund the amounts required as per the Trust Agreement of the fund and as amended from time to time.
Political Action Fund. The Agency agrees to make a payroll deduction once each calendar year from an employee’s pay for the District 1199C Political Action Fund upon the written authorization of any employee covered under this Agreement and remit same to the District 1199C Political Action Fund. Said authorization shall be in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit “B”. This deduction shall be made on a monthly basis for those employees in the bargaining units authorizing the deduction. The Agency shall remit the lump sum of all deductions to District 1199C by separate check.
Political Action Fund. Effective April 1, 2002, Members of District Council 3/Local Union 2014 shall voluntarily contribute $0.05 per hour contribution to the Political Action Fund, which will be deducted from wages and remitted to Political Action Together Political Committee (XXX-PC) of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades.
Political Action Fund. 29.01 On signing, the employer will deduct two cents (0.02¢) per hour from each employee and shall remit said sum in accordance with Article 26.02. It is agreed that this deduction shall increase to five cents (0.05¢) per hour effective May 1, 2002. The Administrator will forward amounts received to the Local Union monthly and the Local Union shall forward to the I.U.P.A.T.
