Policy period and premium. 1.5.1 The policy will provide insurance as described herein for the period of insurance provided the premium(s) and other charges are paid to and accepted by the insurer on or before the payment date shown in the schedule. Taxes, levies and other relevant fiscal charges are payable in addition to the premium.

Policy period and premium. 1.2.1 We will, in consideration of the payment of the premium and for the period of insurance, provide insurance in accordance with the sections of the policy shown as ‘operative’ in the schedule, subject to the conditions, exceptions and endorsements of the policy.

  • Lead Hand Premium The Lead Hand premium shall be one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour for employees so appointed and the Company retains sole discretion to appoint, maintain or delete the use of lead hands.

  • Weekend Premium Effective July 1, 2020, an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and ten cents ($1.10) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provision.

  • SHIFT AND WEEKEND PREMIUMS 39.1 An employee working on shifts shall be paid a shift premium of two dollars ($2.00) per hour for all hours worked, including overtime hours, between 16:00 and 08:00. The shift premium will not be paid for hours worked between 08:00 and 16:00.
