Policy Notification. The Company shall provide Pfizer with original certificates of insurance (which, for clarity, may be provided in electronic form) evidencing the insurance requirements set forth in Section 11.1 (a) prior to execution by both Parties of this Agreement, and (b) on an annual basis. Pfizer shall be provided at least thirty (30) days (ten (10) days in the case of cancellation for non-payment of premium) written notice prior to cancellation, termination, or any material change to restrict the coverage or reduce the limits afforded.
Policy Notification. LICENSEE shall provide PFIZER with original certificates of insurance (which may be done through the submission of an electronic copy of such certificate) evidencing such insurance: (a) promptly following execution by both Parties of this Agreement, and (b) prior to expiration of any one coverage. PFIZER shall be given at least thirty (30) days written notice prior to cancellation, termination or any change to restrict the coverage or reduce the limits afforded.
Policy Notification. Licensee shall provide Pfizer with certified copies of such policies or original certificates of insurance evidencing such insurance: (a) within twenty (20) Business Days after the execution by both Parties of this Agreement, and (b) prior to expiration of any one coverage. Licensee shall provide that Pfizer shall be given at least thirty (30) days written notice prior to cancellation, termination, or any material change to restrict the coverage or reduce the limits afforded.
Policy Notification. LICENSEE shall provide LICENSOR with a certificate of insurance signed by an authorized representative of LICENSEE’s insurance underwriter evidencing the insurance coverage required by this Agreement: (a) prior to Commencement of any Phase I Clinical Trial for a Licensed Product; (b) [***] ([***]) days prior to expiration, termination, or reduction of such insurance coverage; and (c) upon LICENSOR’s request.
Policy Notification. All faculty members are expected to perform the duties and responsibilities of their academic contract and to comply with the College’s rules, regulations, policies and procedures, and state and federal laws. All changes made to the College’s rules, regulations, policies and procedures will be presented for discussion during the Contract Administration Committee (CAC).

Bluebird shall provide Biogen with original certificates of insurance (which may be done through the submission of an electronic copy of such certificate) evidencing such insurance: (a) promptly following execution by both Parties of this Agreement; and (b) prior to expiration of any one coverage. Biogen shall be given at least thirty (30) days written notice prior to cancellation, termination or any change to restrict the coverage or reduce the limits afforded.
Policy Notification. Employees affected by a new or revised policy will be notified.

Iterum shall provide Pfizer with certified copies of such policies or original certificates of insurance evidencing such insurance: (a) prior to execution by both Parties of this Agreement, and (b) prior to expiration of any one coverage.
