Policy Implementation. No later than three months after the Monitor’s final approval of each policy or procedure, JCMSC shall formally adopt and begin implementing the policies and modify all orders, job descriptions, training materials, and performance evaluation instruments in a manner consistent with the revised policies and procedures. Following adoption and implementation, JCMSC shall annually review each policy and procedure and revise as necessary. Any revisions to the policies and procedures shall be submitted to the Monitor for review and approval. Unless otherwise stated, all policies and procedures shall be implemented within one year of the Effective Date.
Policy Implementation. Prior to the implementation by the Board of a policy which affects and/or impacts bargaining unit employees and which otherwise constitutes a mandatory subject of bargaining, the policy shall be discussed in the areas of consultation. No such policy shall be implemented without prior negotiations with the CFT.
Policy Implementation. The implementation of the policies will be through the development of ordinances and regulations, in years 3 through 5 of the NPDES permit cycle; that is, by the year 2009. Any revisions to the policies and procedures shall be submitted to the DOJ for review and approval in the manner provided in Section 27 above. Unless otherwise stated, all new or revised policies and procedures shall be implemented within one year of the Effective Date.
Policy Implementation. In fulfilling our baptismal promise to nurture and protect all children and youth in our care, every member of the Westminster congregation should help to ensure the implementation of this Policy. Within this framework, the following specific measures will be taken for this Policy to be effective:

Within 3 months of the United States approving the Policy, Allegheny County will implement the Policy and will offer the option to all individuals with OUD booked into ACJ to receive treatment with any FDA-approved OUD medication if a qualified medical provider determines that such treatment is medically appropriate based on the individual’s condition.

It is DHA’s policy, pursuant to Reference (d), that all training courses lasting longer than 39 hours and/or costing $1,500 or more require a CSA to be signed by the employee and their supervisor. DHA employees are required to sign a CSA before the training begins. If an employee fails to sign a CSA before training begins, the employee can be denied training. Examples of training subject to this DHA-AI are: internal and external leadership development programs, Senior Executive Service candidate development programs, academic degree programs, certification or certificate programs, continuing education unit courses, seminars and conferences, and any other training deemed appropriate for a CSA requirement by the Chief, LDD.

Any revisions to the policies and procedures shall be submitted to the Independent Auditor for review and approval. Unless otherwise stated, all policies and procedures shall be implemented within one year of the Effective Date.

Following adoption and implementation, the DHS/DYS shall annually review each policy and procedure and revise as necessary. Any revisions to the policies and procedures shall be submitted to the Independent Auditor for review and input and to the United States for its review and input. Unless otherwise stated, all policies and procedures shall be implemented within one year of the Effective Date.
Policy Implementation. 3.1 Promotes and supports health department policies and guidelines in the area of immunisation and communicable disease including sexual health.
