Policy Dialogue. 5. The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on issues related to structural adjustment, macroeconomic management, socially inclusive development, and governance and public administration reforms and ensuing policy and institutional reforms, and additional reforms that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out the policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix.

The Recipient shall keep ADB informed of, and the Recipient and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms during the Program Period that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out the Program.

The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, the progress made in carrying out the policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix. The Borrower shall continue timely policy dialogue with ADB on problems and constraints encountered during implementation of the Program and on desirable changes to overcome or mitigate such problems and constraints.
Policy Dialogue. 5. The Borrower shall, and shall cause Punjab to, keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, the progress made in carrying out the Program.
Policy Dialogue. 3. The Borrower shall (a) promptly inform ADB about any issues or constraints encountered during the implementation of the Program; and (b) proactively engage with ADB to adopt appropriate measures to address and mitigate such issues or constraints.

The Borrower shall, and shall cause PEPCO to, keep ADB informed of any development in their policies, programs and investment plans related to the power generation, transmission and power distribution that may materially affect the financial viability of PEPCO and the Support Project.

The Beneficiary shall keep ADB informed of, and the Beneficiary and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms arising during the implementation of the Program, the PPPF, and the Project, that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix.
Policy Dialogue. 7. The Borrower shall cause the State to keep ADB informed of, and the State and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, the progress made in carrying out the policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix and in the formulation and implementation of new related policies, and keep the Borrower informed.
