Policies & Practices. The employer will continue its present policies and practices with regard to loss or damage to personal property. This MOU provision does not constitute a waiver by the DSA or an affected employee to litigate in court the legality of portions of the policies dealing with limiting reimbursement because of alleged employee negligence or wrongdoing.

Policies & Practices. On the Effective Date, Unit Employees will be covered by the 2021 Agreement, except as provided herein. Where there is a conflict between the 2021 Agreement and this MOA, this MOA will prevail. The Parties agree that certain terms and conditions of the 2021 Agreement will not apply until administratively feasible after the update of Company systems (“Delayed Terms”). The Company will endeavor to make the necessary system alterations to implement the Delayed Terms at the earliest reasonably possible opportunity (“Implementation Date”). On the Implementation Date, Unit Employees will be covered by all terms of the 2021 Agreement.

  • Business Practices 1. Parties recognise that certain business practices of service suppliers, other than those falling under Article 14 (Monopolies and Exclusive Service Suppliers), may restrain competition and thereby restrict trade in services.

  • Best Practices The Recipient acknowledges they may or may not have access to the Owner’s Confidential Information and agrees that it shall not directly or indirectly divulge, disclose, or communicate any of the Confidential Information to any third party, except as may be required during any formal business association or dealings on behalf of the Owner for any event, with the prior written approval of the Owner. The Recipient acknowledges that no license of the Confidential Information, by implication or otherwise, is granted to the Recipient by reason of this Agreement.   • FAIR PRACTICES 1. As sole bargaining agent the Association shall continue its policy of accepting into membership all eligible persons in the unit without regard to age, race, color, creed and religious creed, national origin, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, veteran’s status, handicap, genetic information, ancestry, or membership or non-membership in any political or ideological organization.   • HAZARDOUS PRACTICES No barbeque grills of any kind are permitted on balconies or in the unit. No open flames ie. Candle burning is permitted on balconies or in the unit. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental, activation of smoke detector alarm. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS with the exception of Service Animals are allowed. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent. FAMILY RENTAL ONLY Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. All guests must be 25 or older unless their parent is in the condo. Any violators will be evicted according to Florida Statute 508.141 with forfeiture of all monies. FALSIFIED RESERVATION any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment.

  • Deceptive Trade Practices; Unfair Business Practices 1) Vendor represents and warrants that neither Vendor nor any of its Subcontractors has been (i) found liable in any administrative hearing, litigation or other proceeding of Deceptive Trade Practices violations as defined under Chapter 17, Texas Business & Commerce Code, or (ii) has outstanding allegations of any Deceptive Trade Practice pending in any administrative hearing, litigation or other proceeding.

  • SAFETY PRACTICES (a) The employer will take reasonable measures to prevent and eliminate any present or potential job hazards which the employees may encounter at their places of work.
