Common use of Policies and Standards Clause in Contracts

The Health Care Provider will advise the Educator of all applicable health standards for persons placed with it and will make available copies of any by-laws, policies, rules, procedures and requirements applicable to the Educator, its students and instructors of the Educator relative to the placements contemplated by this Agreement.
