Policies and Procedure Manual. An up-dated Policies and Procedure Manual will be developed by the Employer with input by the Union through the Labour-Management Committee. A copy of the Manual will be given to each employee. In circumstances where there are any conflicts between this collective agreement and the Policies and Procedures Manual, this collective agreement will take precedence.

Policies and Procedure Manual. The Contractor shall develop in writing and implement appropriate policies and procedures manual for institutional care in both English and Spanish, within 90 days of the signing of this contract. Administrator shall approve these policies and procedures manual.

This may occur no more than once per individual employee during any period of restriction as set out in Article 5.03(a), unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the parties. The Franchisee agrees that it shall comply with the Operations Manual as an essential aspect of its obligations under this Agreement, that the Operations Manual shall be deemed to be incorporated herein by reference and failure by the Franchisee to substantially comply with the Operations Manual may be considered by the Franchisor to be a breach of this Agreement.
