Policies and Procedure Manual. An up-dated Policies and Procedure Manual will be developed by the Employer with input by the Union through the Labour-Management Committee. A copy of the Manual will be given to each employee. In circumstances where there are any conflicts between this collective agreement and the Policies and Procedures Manual, this collective agreement will take precedence.
Policies and Procedure Manual. The Contractor shall develop in writing and implement appropriate policies and procedures manual for institutional care in both English and Spanish, within 90 days of the signing of this contract. Administrator shall approve these policies and procedures manual.
Policies and Procedure Manual. 11.1 The Employee agrees to comply with and be bound by the provisions of the Employer’s Procedure Manual, except where a greater benefit is provided to the Employee by this Agreement.

However, in order to be able to deal with scheduling situations brought on by employee requests for time off without incurring overtime, the Employer may require an employee to waive his/her restriction and work a schedule of shifts during a designated seven (7) calendar day period. This may occur no more than once per individual employee during any period of restriction as set out in Article 5.03(a), unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the parties.
