Policies and Endorsements. A. The party procuring insurance hereunder shall deliver to the other party certificates of insurance with respect to all policies so procured, including existing, additional and renewal policies and, in the case of insurance about to expire, shall deliver certificates of insurance with respect to the renewal policies no later than five (5) days after expiration (renewal).
