Policies and Bylaws. Alberta Health Services is established and governed by a range of documents including legislation, bylaws, guidelines, directives and policies. Clinical policies of the applicable former regional health authority remain in effect until replaced by equivalent AHS Policies. The AHS Policies applying specifically to the contracted Operator are listed and briefly explained below. The Operator must, at a minimum, be familiar with the governance documents listed and must comply, or develop policies that are consistent with, the requirements contained therein. AHS shall provide the Operator with the AHS Policies, and amendments to AHS Policies, electronically. The AHS Policies provided by AHS constitute part of this Agreement.

Policies and Bylaws. Resident/Fellow shall abide by the policies, rules and regulations of TTUHSC and the applicable Medical Staff Bylaws, policies and procedures of the affiliated hospital(s) to which he/she is assigned. Resident/Fellow shall participate in all educational and training activities and shall perform all services required as a Resident/Fellow. Resident/Fellow shall conduct himself/herself as a member of the professional team. Personal appearance and hygiene should always be appropriate to the circumstances.
Policies and Bylaws. Resident/Fellow shall abide by the policies, rules and regulations of TTUHSCEP, to include, but not limited to the TTUHSCEP PLFSOM GME Standard Policies and Procedures (GME Policies and Procedures), and the applicable Medical Staff Bylaws, policies and procedures of the affiliated hospital(s) or clinic(s) to which the Resident/Fellow is assigned, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. The terms of the GME Policies and Procedures, the TTUHSCEP Operating Policies and Procedures (available at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/opp/op.aspx), and the Texas Tech University System Regents’ Rules (available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/board-of-regents/regents-rules.php), as may be amended from time to time, shall govern any and all terms and conditions of employment not specifically addressed in this Agreement, including accommodations for Resident/Fellow’s with disabilities and sexual and other forms of harassment.

  • Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws The articles of incorporation and bylaws of the entity holding the charter shall provide for governance of the operation of the School as a nonprofit corporation and public charter school and shall at all times be consistent with all applicable law and this Certificate. The School shall notify the Authorizer of any modification to the Articles or Bylaws within five (5) business days of approval by the Charter Board.

  • BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN The Warrant Agent shall maintain plans for business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup capabilities and facilities designed to ensure the Warrant Agent’s continued performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, loss of production, loss of systems, loss of equipment, failure of carriers and the failure of the Warrant Agent’s or its supplier’s equipment, computer systems or business systems (“Business Continuity Plan”). Such Business Continuity Plan shall include, but shall not be limited to, testing, accountability and corrective actions designed to be promptly implemented, if necessary. In addition, in the event that the Warrant Agent has knowledge of an incident affecting the integrity or availability of such Business Continuity Plan, then the Warrant Agent shall, as promptly as practicable, but no later than twenty-four (24) hours (or sooner to the extent required by applicable law or regulation) after the Warrant Agent becomes aware of such incident, notify the Company in writing of such incident and provide the Company with updates, as deemed appropriate by the Warrant Agent under the circumstances, with respect to the status of all related remediation efforts in connection with such incident. The Warrant Agent represents that, as of the date of this Agreement, such Business Continuity Plan is active and functioning normally in all material respects.

  • Company Policies The employment relationship between the parties shall be governed by the general employment policies and practices of the Company, except that when the terms of this Agreement differ from or are in conflict with such employment policies and practices, this Agreement shall control.
