In those cases where there is a conflict between a policy and this Collective Agreement, the Collective Agreement shall prevail. The Employer will advise the Union a minimum of 15 days prior to changing a policy affecting terms and conditions of employment. The Employer and the Union will meet to discuss such change to the policy. The Employer shall consider the Union’s comments in good faith.

  • GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT This Agreement is subject to all applicable laws of the State of California, the rules and regulations of the Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges, and the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the District, all of which shall be made a material part of the terms and conditions of this Agreement as if set forth in full. This agreement shall prevail over any conflicting District rules, regulations, policies or procedures.

  • Terms and Conditions of Employment The term “terms and conditions of employment” means the hours of employment, the compensation therefore including fringe benefits except retirement contributions or benefits, and the Board of Education’s personnel policies affecting the working conditions of the employees.
